The Cathedral bistro menu is available six days a week, Monday
to Saturday. The menu features traditional pub dishes such as schnitzels, fish and chips, salt and pepper squid but also offers a beautiful porterhouse steak, Atlantic Salmon, fresh pastas
and changing daily specials.

Bistro meals are available 11.30am to 3pm and 6pm to 8.30pm.
The menu is available in all areas of the hotel or you might
consider booking the dining room exclusively for your corporate
or celebratory dinner.

Lunch 11.30am - 3.00pm
Dinner 6.00pm - 8.30pm
